This and That

We're finally beginning to see a little green! I don't ever remember it taking until May 10 to green up. It's been really hot here- mid 90's yesterday and today. We knew we would skip right over Spring. Here's how it looks out my window today. . . .

These pictures are a bit late but oh well. . . . I've been pretty busy being a grandma and May is a very, very busy puppy month- Which means no time for bloggin! These were taken in the hospital on May 4.

Houston looks like a monster next to Baby Samuel!

And he is about twice the size now- about 12-13 lbs.

Introducing . . . . .Samuel Gene!

Surprise!! He arrived at 36.7 weeks and. . . . he's a boy!!

He weighed 7 lbs. and he is 21 inches long. He's way too huggable and kissable! He is so tiny and that face is sooo cute!

These pictures were taken a few hours after he was born, hence the bruising on his face.

He has a unique look, I think a very "Spaans" look : ) Think. . . Rev. Spaans and his brothers and and their children.

A nice head of hair, a bit lighter than Levi when he was born.

He has the squishiest, smooshiest face ever! He is irresistable!!

Spring!
