Brent, Dana and Houston's New Residence

We've been hard at work this week. . . . . . . . . . moving Dana into their new house with ALLLLL her stuff!!

A picture of the living room in the midst of the mess.

A couple kitchen shots.

Sisters tidying up the bathroom.

This room was the biggest challenge! Dana had to go through all those pre-marriage, pre-baby clothes and decide which ones were keepers.

Houston has a cute little bedroom. Dana plans to change the paint color to match the new crib bedding.

Here he is . . . taking his first nap in the crib in the new house.

Next . . .

the basement. Dana is quite spoiled!- A new LG washer and dryer pair!

The basement is partially finished off, a spare bedroom and rec room along with lots of closet space.

The lot is quite shaded with lots of big trees.

And has some pretty sweet landscaping!

This is the walkway beside the garage leading to the patio out behind the house.

I'm jealous, I wish I had a nice shady patio for sippin' lemonade!

Hey Levi, got your hands full?!

Snuggling with Houston's stuffed animals.

The table and chairs came in the box, so get to work guys : )

The finished product- beautiful! If we look a little hot. . . . . .it was hot! Heat indexes are over 100 degrees this week.

Now all we need is Brent! He should be here soon, he arrived in the US a couple days ago. He will be in Wisconsin for a little while and hopefully next week will join Dana and Houston in their new home.

Lake Mary Part II

Houston and Samuel were very content all week. They were up a little more during the night than usual but I guess that's probably because of the different sounds etc.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous! Our only complaint was the SKETTERS at dusk :( They were mammoth sized! We didn't get to sit around the fire at night very often.

Housy's new life jacket. . . . . . .he's all stuffed in!

The guys didn't catch as many fish as some years but they caught enough for the fish fry and plenty to take home.

One morning Greg cooked us a delicious breakfast. . . . . . .yum yum. . . .

Chocolate doughnut mouth :) :)

An afternoon of great crappie fishing.

I'd call that a "FISH GRIN."

Brothers hanging out.

The "great walleye catch". . . . . Too bad they couldn't catch more of these beauties!

Playing games and eating snacks and eating snacks and eating snack and and. . . . . . . .

Goalie had an enjoyable week. He figured out how to slide out of his harness so part of the week he spent checking out the territory.

The group picture, just before departing for home- we hope to do again next year!

Lake Mary

After midnight packing and traveling most of the night . . . . .. we arrived at Eden Acres II bright and early Monday morning. We found a new route and arrived earlier than expected- so early we couldn't find anywhere open for breakfast and no where to get groceries!

Here we are . . . .hanging out, trying to convince ourselves that we're not tired- at all ha ha!

The hammock was a popular napping spot.

Trev and his geeky footwear with socks!!

We sure are enjoying spending time with the family .. . . . . . it's not often that we get the 4 boys together- but we sure miss Jason, Rachel and the boys! Maybe next year.

Curt and Grandma- the faithful fishermen/women of the family.

A crabby Monday look.

Samuel is doing great at the lake. . . . . .

just hanging out on mom's shoulder.

Serious napping going on here.

Is this a pick look?!

Trev took his kayak along and everybody is enjoying it.

Gene, giving some instruction.

For those of you who follow the "Pioneer Women" blog . . . . . doesn't this guy remind you just a little bit of Marlboro Man ???? Hee Hee

Housy's also been a peach at the lake!

More coming tomorrow.
